lk holds the right to change the title of the Content, for editorial purposes and the site also holds the right not to publish images that are irrelevant or images that violate the rules and regulations of Sell4n.lk

lk has the right to bring into the attention of relevant authorities and involve such authorities in the case any Content violates the law. The identity of advertisers, users or buyers may be determined, for example by an ISP. IP addresses may have to registered to make sure there is proper compliance with the terms and conditions.
Privacy

lk will collect information from Users and Advertisers in the process of delivering the services. Users and advertisers shall consent and authorize Sell4n.lk to collect and use this information when they select to use the any of the service offered by the site.
lk also reserves the right to disclose it to a 3rd party for the purposes of administering, supporting and maintaining Sell4n.lk, as well as for improving Sell4n.lk, for example by using the information for research, marketing, product development and planning.

Memberships

As part of a membership package, Sell4n.lk may create a Shop on behalf of the user. A Shop is a dedicated webpage on Sell4n.lk, maintained by the site itself, with content provided by the user.
lk has the right to remove or not to publish any content to the Shop by the advertiser if it violates any aspect of the Terms and conditions as well as rules and regulations of Sell4n.lk.
